What materials do you use?

We use only the finest 100% cotton, Egyptian cotton, and premium linen blends. All our materials are sourced from trusted suppliers and are OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring they are free from harmful substances.

How do I care for my linen?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Iron on medium heat if desired. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the quality and longevity of your linen.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, we offer custom sizing for hotels, lodges, and bulk orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.

What is your lead time?

Standard orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Custom orders may take 10–14 working days depending on the complexity and volume. We will confirm the timeline when you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We primarily serve customers across South Africa and Africa. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?
