We deliver throughout South Africa and select African countries. Our primary service areas include all major metropolitan regions: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, and beyond.
For deliveries outside South Africa, please contact us for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times within South Africa are typically:
- Gauteng — 1–2 working days
- Major metros (Cape Town, Durban) — 2–4 working days
- Regional areas — 4–7 working days
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R1,000 within South Africa. For orders under this threshold, a flat shipping fee of R120 applies.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return unused and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
